This 12,000 sq ft Heritage Home was built from 1898 to 1900 for Edward Patrick Morris, the second Prime Minister of Newfoundland. More recently 55 Rennies was purchased in 2014 and was in a serious state of disrepair. After 14 months of hard work and meticulous workmanship the house has been restored to its original grandeur by Spaces. Great care to detail was given to ensure that specific areas such as the English Oak original staircase, English Oak paneled walls, hardwood floors, and the ornate plaster, were restored to their luster.
