New Home Owner, New Vision
This client came to Spaces with a vision for his newly purchased home. The project began with a kitchen refinishing that will surely make heads turn. Our refinishing process took a very dark kitchen to a light modern masterpiece. The existing peninsula was modified to a single height counter which created a much larger functional workspace and all counters were resurfaced with granite. Re-flooring the entire home was a must for this client and Spaces also installed a new staircase to complement the updated look. Both main floor bathrooms were also remodeled with a modern update. Moving to the master bedroom a contemporary coffered ceiling was installed to add character and polish to the client’s space. A window was also removed to make way for double French doors that lead to a new walk out patio. On the lower floors Spaces took an everyday laundry to new heights with a dazzling laundry room complete with repurposed-wood barn door. And to complete this home’s amazing makeover, the client opted for a gorgeous wine cellar complete with mahogany racking, tasting station and 450 bottle capacity.
